Coming off a great high from the Independence Dragon Boat Regatta in Philadelphia, Catch22 is absolutely pumped for the 28th Annual Toronto International Dragon Boat Race Festival (IDBRF) this weekend! The two-day race takes place on Toronto's Centre Island in Ontario, Canada.
