Even during the off-season, our crew has been training hard for the Beasts from the East Indoor Paddling Regatta in Boston, MA, the 2017 ERDBA Indoor Paddling Regatta in New York, NY, and the 2017 Spring Forward Championship - Bent Bar Powerlifting Meet!
